This is my attempt at writing a blog where I can share my thoughts on a plus-size lifestyle, along with my PMHNP insights. I wear many hats, especially at this moment in my life, and I feel like I have something valuable to share. At the very least, this will be therapeutic for me and help me focus on being more present while learning to lead from love (more on this later, thank you Gabby Bernstein).

This is a picture of my golden doodle, Libby. She is 2-years-old and brings joy to my life as a single mom. I am also a nurse currently in graduate school, working towards my Master's Degree and PMHNP license. My blog will be a compilation of thoughts and musings from my unique perspective as I navigate my roles—as a nurse, grad student, single mom, plus-size woman over 50, divorcee, and someone who is dating, among many other facets of my life. I hope to provide a perspective that resonates with others, making someone say, 'Thank you, it's not just me.'
